TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Check-in: The delivery time of the room is at 3:00 pm.
  2. Check-out: Check-out time is at 12:00 pm. A fee of $ 200 pesos per additional hour will be charged. If you require tolerance time for your check-out, we suggest you notify reception in advance to be authorized.
  3. Smoke. Smoking is prohibited inside the room, in case you do so you will be penalized with $ 500.00 pesos for deep cleaning.
  4. Parking lot. The Hotel has valet and parking services. Parking is approximately 10 blocks from the hotel. In order to provide you with a better service, we would appreciate you calling us 10 minutes before your arrival at the hotel.
  5. Extra person. The cost per additional person is $ 450 pesos. The hotel does not handle additional beds, notify in advance to verify options for your accommodation (subject to availability).
  6. When booking through the website, the system will automatically assign you the next available room, the photos shown do not necessarily correspond to the assigned room.
  7. Pets are not allowed.
  8. It is the responsibility of the guest to read and abide by the Hotel regulations found within each room.
  9. By making the reservation, you confirm that you know and accept our policies.

 

PAYMENT POLICIES

  1. The hotel will hold funds for the total stay 7 days before your arrival date to guarantee your reservation. It is not the charge and it is cancellable, upon arrival you choose the payment method. You have been asked for the details of your CREDIT card as a guarantee, if you have guaranteed by debit we ask you to contact the hotel, otherwise the cardholder will be responsible for any clarification with your bank.
  2. In case of not being able to withhold or verify your credit card, we will contact you to provide another guarantee method before noon, after this time, and if there is no guarantee, the hotel will cancel your reservation.
  3. Non-refundable Rate: The hotel will charge the total amount of your stay to the credit card granted in guarantee.
  4. The applicable taxes in the rates are 16% VAT plus 2% ISH.
  5. Visa, Master Card and American Express are accepted (it is possible that in some cases a 4% commission will be charged when paying with the AMEX card).

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  1. Reservations can be canceled or modified 5 days before the arrival date without charge; this does not apply to non-refundable rates and in the “pay now and save” rate plans.
  2. If you cancel out of time, the hotel will charge the first night for reservations that belong to weekdays (Sunday to Thursday). The entire stay will be charged on reservations corresponding to the weekend (Friday and Saturday) and high seasons (long weekends, Easter, national holidays and the end of the year).
  3. In case of no show on the date of your reservation without prior notice, a NO SHOW charge will be made for the total of the reserved stay.
  4. In case of early departures the total of the reserved nights will be charged.
  5. Non Refundable Rate. Our best rate is possible when you pay for your stay in advance. It is not refundable and there is no possibility of cancellations.
